The René Carcan International Prize for Printmaking returns in 2026 to the Wittockiana to celebrate contemporary creation and highlight artists whose prints explore techniques, forms, materials, and the limits of perception. The Prize is open to printmakers and printmaking students of all nationalities, with no age limit, practicing one of the traditional printmaking techniques: intaglio, lithography, linocut, woodcut, screen printing, or monotype.
