Creative Watercolour workshop in Train World - Kunstendag voor kinderen

Come to Train World on Art Day for Children (15.11.2026) and take part in our watercolour and fashion design workshops. Let your imagination and creativity run free.
This year, we’ll colour both inside and outside the lines in a watercolour workshop and focus on fashion with the Maison Millefeuille atelier.

Creative Watercolour Workshop
Have you always dreamed of exploring watercolour painting?
You will learn how to sketch train carriages and wagons, capture details and create atmosphere with just a few brush strokes. You will master the use of water and pigments and work with real watercolour materials.
Together you’ll be making a fresco of drawings. At the end of the day, you will take home a notebook filled with personal and lasting memories.
No prior experience required.

Practical information
When: Sunday 15 November 2026, from 1 pm to 5 pm
Where: Old Schaerbeek station, Train World, Princess Elisabeth Square 5, 1030 Schaerbeek
Who: Mainly for children (and their parents), from age 7. Intergenerational. Suitable for beginners and advanced participants.
Maximum: 20 participants. Registration required.
Duration: 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Price: a surcharge of €3 per person (adults and children aged 7 to 17 inclusive) on the standard museum ticket.
