For each Bozar all over the Palace, Bozar stays open later. On March 26, visitors are invited to discover the Picture Perfect exhibition, which challenges stereotypes of beauty and perspectives on what defines us as beautiful, through a selection of photographs and videos.
The exhibition provides a context for performances by Lia Haraki and Panos Malactos, adapted especially for Bozar. In a guided, collective meditation, Haraki explores the mature female body through personal experiences and those of sacred women. By adapting his solo Sadboi for Bozar, Malactos confronts the audience’s gaze in a roaming performance, where body worship collides with the virtual world of social media and the internet. The evening continues with a DJ set in the Horta Hall and a selection of short films screened in The 23.
