Kanal - Centre Pompidou
An intergenerational architectural workshop exploring the relationship between architecture, activism and the city of Brussels.

Through simple and hands-on activities such as drawing, making, and storytelling, participants will explore how the city is shaped not only by architects and planners, but also by residents, communities and activists. Together, we will look at questions such as: Who gets to shape the city? How can architecture become a tool for change or resistance? And what stories about the city are visible, hidden or forgotten? The workshop is open to children, young people and adults, with no previous knowledge of architecture needed. It will end with participants collectively telling stories about what they have created.
