Group rate from 15 paying visitors: € 11 p.p. (1 free accompanying person from 15 paying adults)
Guide: € 110 per guide

Reservation
Please make your reservations at least 3 weeks in advance via reservations@​trainworld.​be.

Cancellation
By e-mail only. It is possible to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the visit.

Cancellation up to 7 calendar days before the visit: free of charge
Cancellation within 7 calendar days and up to 24 hours before the visit: € 55 cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 24 hours or not showing up (no-show): € 110 cancellation fee.

Payment
At the ticket office on the day of the visit, preferably by card (Bancontact/​Maestro/​MasterCard/​Visa).
