Through her designer’s perspective, Nathalie Dewez will share her unique vision of lighting designed for children, exploring the interplay of form, function, and poetry in the creation of objects intended for the youngest audience. She will also discuss her collaboration with the Cristalleries du Val Saint-Lambert, sharing her influences, inspirations, and her sensitive approach to design. This encounter will offer audiences an immersion into her creative world and provide a new perspective on the exhibitions.

About Nathalie Dewez
Nathalie Dewez (1974) is a designer who specialises in lighting design. She studied interior architecture at the Cambre Arts Visuels in Brussels and graduated in 2001. She designs objects of various sizes, ranging from furniture to monumental installations and more sculptural works.Nathalie Dewez was elected Belgian Designer of the Year in 2011 and received the Design Prize from the Fondation Pierre Bergé that same year. She taught for ten years at La Cambre and in Mons. Her presence at numerous trade fairs and exhibitions has led to collaborations with architecture and design firms such as Established & Sons in the UK and Ligne Roset in France. She has also collaborated with international brands such as Habitat, Hermes and Moome.
