Mineralogy Museum ULB

Over 1,000 mineral and rock specimens are on display at the Mineralogy Museum of the Université libre de Bruxelles, grouped according to scientific classifications. In addition, the ​“Virtual Mineralogy Museum” comprises specimens from several mineralogical collections, primarily consisting of ores, as well as some mineralized or host rocks. The large number of specimens (over 4,500), the wide diversity of origins (over 1,000), the significant number of mineral species (approximately 550 different ones), and the rarity of certain assemblages or minerals give this collection inestimable value.
