Autoworld presents Mercedes, The Story of the Star”, a prestigious exhibition celebrating 140 years of Mercedes-Benz. From the 1886 Benz three-wheeler to the striking AMG ONE, more than fifty iconic and rare models showcase the brand’s innovation, elegance and racing heritage.

Autoworld celebrates a remarkable double anniversary with Mercedes, The Story of the Star” – the major exhibition highlighting 140 years of Mercedes-Benz and the 100th anniversary of the Daimler-Benz merger. From the pioneering Benz three-wheeler of 1886 to the stunning AMG ONE, more than fifty iconic and rare vehicles are brought together in Belgium for the very first time, in a presentation never seen before.

The exhibition guides visitors through the many worlds of Mercedes-Benz: legendary sports cars such as the 300 SL Gullwing and the Rote Sau, luxurious S-Class and SL models, extraordinary supercars including the CLK GTR, the SLR Stirling Moss and the SLS AMG Black Series, as well as motorsport icons like the Sauber Mercedes C9 and Lewis Hamilton’s Mercedes F1 W05.

On 19 December, the exhibition opens in festive style with the Preview Night – an atmospheric evening featuring live engine starts, music, winter-themed food stands and delightful surprises, making it the perfect moment to explore the exhibition with friends or family.

Children can enjoy a special Kids Zone, available during weekends and school holidays, where they can build their own Mercedes in LEGO, draw their dream car and watch it come alive in 3D. In the Autoworld Shop, visitors will also find the official exhibition catalogue, along with books, scale models and lifestyle items.

This exhibition has been made possible thanks to the support of Mercedes-Benz Belux, the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, the Loh Museum, SAGA Classic, and several private collectors – partners who enabled this extraordinary collection to be shown together for the first time.

A remarkable selection showcased in a unique exhibition, on display until 22 February 2026.
