To celebrate World Music Day, La Monnaie is organising voice and movement workshops to help you discover your hidden talent, in a relaxed atmosphere and across several of our rehearsal rooms. After physical warm-ups and breathing exercises inspired by yoga, you’ll explore the operas currently on the programme at La Monnaie, with even a little preview of next season. You’ll work your way through iconic arias such as ‘Vissi d’arte’ from Tosca or ‘Je veux vivre’ from Roméo et Juliette, which you’ll learn and then perform together at the end of the day.
