Taking this installation as its starting point, Amnesty International Belgique francophone offers a series of guided tours on human rights in the exhibitions right? and A truly immense journey. Focusing on twelve works, the tours reflect on the movement and displacement of objects, people, rights and raw materials, together with the associated human, social and political issues. Visitors are encouraged to reflect on human rights today and on how art can help highlight the struggles, vulnerabilities and forms of resistance that shape our world. Each guided tour is led by a committed voice from Amnesty International Belgique francophone: chief executive Carine Thibaut, cultural co-ordinator Maryse Hendrix or legal adviser Matylda Lion. For more than 60 years, Amnesty International has worked as an independent organisation to protect fundamental freedoms, combat injustice and defend people whose rights are under threat.
