Based on a famous Czech tale, but in this new adaptation of the tale it’s not a tree, it’s a robot. Iotesanek devours everything. He has the appetite of a wolf.… How are his parents/​grandparents going to control this ​“robot” hunger?

Based on the famous Czech tale, but this one is a bit different. It’s not about a tree, but a robot that is welcomed by an old couple who have never had any children. The show is performed in a castelet with traditional wooden puppets. Laughter and enthusiasm with
Czech puppets (Naradoni Loutky), classified as UNESCO intangible heritage
intangible heritage.

About Divadlo B, a company made up of puppeteers from the famous Bouchty a Loutky, including Radek Beran. The puppets are by the famous set designer Robert Smolik. 

With the support of the Embassy and Consulate of the Czech Republic in Belgium, the Maison de Prague in Brussels, the Czech Cultural Centre, the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, the Image de Bruxelles, the Loterie Nationale and Ixelles District.
