Performing and mastering these scores for over 300 years, the La Monnaie Choruses have developed a strong identity that occupies a vital place in our house. In this programme, they will showcase some of the most beautiful prayers from operas by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Gioachino Rossini, Gaetano Donizetti, Charles Gounod, Giuseppe Verdi and others, under the guidance of their artistic director, Emmanuel Trenque, who is celebrating the thirtieth year of his career as chorus master.
