In hosting the Duos en Résonances exhibition, conceived by Wallonie Design, the Maison Hannon is reaffirming its commitment to promoting dialogue between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary creation. In this exhibition, craftsmen and designers combine their talents in a process of experimentation and co-creation.

Discover the fruits of the collaboration of 4 Belgian duos of designers and craftspeople in the Maison Hannon!

From the 7^th of June to 24^th of August 2025, Maison Hannon is hosting ‘Duos en Résonances’, an exhibition born out of the encounter between craftspeople and designers.

Following a call for entries, four pairs consisting of ceramicists, glassmakers, papermakers, mosaicists, and product- and industrial designers were selected to work together for several months. Together, they experimented, exchanged ideas and developed original prototypes.

This project, initiated by Wallonie Design and the SofinaBoël Fund for Education and Talent, highlights the richness of the dialogue between craft know-how and design thinking, in a dynamic of innovation, transmission and sustainability.

Their creations will be on display at the Maison Hannon for the duration of the project, and the public is warmly invited to come and discover them.
