With two activities, La Loge is taking part in one of the Nocturnes organized by Brussels Museums.
Building on the exhibition ‘Daylighting: maar het is het water dat spreekt’ by Euridice Zaituna Kala and its exploration of ancient seeds and their uses, scenographer and chef Aline Girard offers an edible landscape and a unique tasting experience of neglected or forgotten plants. Dried and sprouted seeds, dried flowers, and fresh seasonal leaves come together in a pictorial composition that doubles as an extraordinary culinary journey.
