Laurie Anderson went from performing in museums to becoming an experimental pop star, ultimately settling in the in-between zone of both worlds. Aside from her occasional ventures into pop music, Anderson has remained firmly rooted in the world of performance art; she blends spoken word, film, dance, electronics, and visual art into the same mix. Four years after her residency in 2022, Anderson returns to Bozar with Republic of Love. This collection of stories and songs - including some big hits - was created after a lecture she gave on the relationship of government and love in 2025.
