Brussels’ museums facing a new lockdown: follow the initiatives online

As a second wave of coronavirus spreads across Europe, museums and cultural institutions are closing their doors again.

For many museums whose survival depends wholly or partly on their own income, the necessity to close their doors for a second time has of course an immediate impact. Our organisation also wishes to affirm its support for all the external and central players in the cultural sector - artists, guides and technicians - whose income depends on its vitality. In the same way as the measures planned for the commercial sector, we are once again advocating for adequate financial support for the cultural sector.

Would you like to support our museums? Continue to follow the digital initiatives they create for you during this new lockdown. Virtual tours, decrypted exhibitions or masterpieces, children's workshops to do at home or even remote concerts: enough to keep you connected until the reopening, which we hope will be quick.
